Finally, Riot is buffing some of our favorite champions! Melee supports! Seriously, some of the most iconic champions in League history have been struggling as of late. Well luckily some buffs are coming!
LoLPatch 13.3 is another big one and after Riot accidentallydeleted hotfix 13.1b, it's time we had a normal patch again, right?

Changes fixed in LoL Patch 13.3
Shortly after the release of LoLPatch 13.3, two champions took over the meta. One of them being Annie who was 'nerfed' but had a 56% win rate and Aurelion Sol whose CGU finally hit the live servers. That's why Riot decided they needed to fix these two champions with Riot Phroxzon tweeting the details:

Support changes in LoL Patch 13.3
As we just mentioned, there will be some major changes to melee supports. Seven melee champions will receive some updates according to Riot Phreak, who released ayoutube videoin which he went over the changes in detail.

It won't just be these champions getting updates. Riot Phreak also mentioned that the popular Radian Virtue item is also getting some tweaks.
Changes to Radiant Virtue:
- Total cost: 3,000 ⇒ 3,200
- Passive - Guiding Light Cooldown: 60 seconds ⇒ 90 seconds
- Passive - Cooldown of Guiding Light Max Life Gain: 10% ⇒ 15%
- Full Heal: 8-16% max health over 9 seconds (note: includes passive heal amp) ⇒ 12% max health over 9 seconds

Phreak also elaborated on Twitter that the item will retain its healing aura, but the boost based on health loss will be removed from the item. So these changesrevive braumand Enlist and bring back Support Pantheon?

It's not just champion buffs for melee supports that will be a big part of the upcoming patch. Riot will also be taking a look at six other champions to try to boost their win rates.

It's not just the buffs we're getting in this patch. Three champions will be nerfed, though it looks like Maokai has been overlooked... maybe Riot has something else planned for the big tree that's been such a menace in the jungle.

Annie Changes in LoL Patch 13.3
Annie was going to get some big buffs in LoL Patch 13.2, but she was held back in a patch due to the recent security issues Riot had and they couldn't push her changes inpatch de hotfix recente 13.1b.

System tweaks in LoL Patch 13.3
Overheal, which was supposed to be improved in LoL Patch 13.2, will be added in this patch. But there are a few more changes to the system that Riot is looking into, like a nerf for early jungle ganks, as well as a tweak to tenacity.

In the LoL Patch 13.3 patch notes, Riot reveals which items will stack multiplicatively and which will be added. They have placed different items in different groups and those in the same group will be stacked multiplicatively while the separate ones will be stacked additively.

Initial Jungle Gank Changes Added in LoLPatch 13.3
Riot will also adjust the starting proximity of the jungle, making hunters choose whether they want to engage in dangerous ambushes or freely collect important XP from jungle monsters. This is what they added to make the starting jungle a little harder for players:

Ahri ASU release
Ahri's ASU... what a saga it's been, but it looks like she'll finally be released on live servers in LoLPatch 13.3. She was one of the champions affected by the cyberattack in early January 2023 and has therefore been delayed to this patch.
Ahri's ASU will update her in-game art as well as her splash arts. Some of her kit bugs have also been squashed, so be sure to try her out as soon as the Art and Sustainability Update is released.
AurelionSol CGU released in LoL Patch 13.3
Aurelion Sol will be released in LoLPatch 13.3, but will likely be released a week or so into the patch, so don't be alarmed when he's not part of the patch right away. There are a few bugs that Riot still needs to iron out with this champion before it can go live.

Changes to the Vow of Early Surrender
Riot will be making some changes to early surrender. These are changes intended for LoLPatch 13.2, but due to cyberattacks they have been delayed for this patch. Players will now be able to surrender early, that is, before 15 minutes, without being unanimous.
You'll still need to have 4 out of 5 people on your side, but it's better than a full 5/0 surrender vote. These changes will only be added to regular games for now and monitored to ensure late-game champions like Kassadin, Kayle, and Vayne come out.
LoL Patch 13.3 release date postponed
While the LoL Patch Notes have been released, Riot has stated that the patch will be delayed by one day. "We are working to recover from the Social Engineering attack, but unfortunately Patch 13.3 will be delayedd."Lírio"Unstable" Cabereros explained. But don't worry, you won't have to wait long, because the patch will be released on Thursday, February 9th.
Note: Those playing on the SEA server will receive the patch on Friday, February 10th.
